1.Buyer accepts the seller's working procedure and issues an ICPO addressed to the seller/refinery, attached with tank storage agreement (TSA). 2. Seller qualifies Tank Storage Logistic Company, and issues commercial invoice (CI), buyer signs and returns back commercial invoice. 3. Seller provides buyers with the below listed PPOP. a) Certificate of conformity b) Irrevocable commitment letter to supply c) Statement of product availability d) TTTIA Tank to tank injection approval letter to be signed by buyer and buyer logistics Storage Company e) Injection Report loading into seller's tank in Rotterdam. This Injection Report will have Tank Farm GPS info, and Pipeline Access Code. f. Authority to verify (ATV) g. ATSC 4. Upon, the receipt, and review of the fully executed TTTIA by seller: Seller provides the buyer with full POP below: a). Fresh 24hrs. SGS report b). Injection report c). Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (DTA) 5. (NCNDA/IMFPA) will be signed, buyer within 24 hours after successful dip test in seller’s tanks injection commenced and seller provide buyer with the injection report of the product into buyers tanks. 6. Buyer makes payment for total cost of product injected into buyer tanks via MT103, seller transfers title ownership to buyer with all export documents required of the buyer for the transaction. Upon conclusion of the first transaction, the seller pays all intermediaries involved in the transaction and proceeds with the signing of contract with the buyer.
